About Thomas Scollen

Teacher/trainer/facilitator/coach/mentor with over 25 years delivery experience in both military and civilian environments. As Director of Education I managed a team of Tutor/Assessors in delivery of courses to both public and private sector candidates, as well as delivering my own sessions in Management, Food Safety, Teacher Training etc.In a former life I was a Warrant Officer responsible for control of large fleets of military vehicles in this and other countries.Goals for the immediate future are to enhance my personal well-being and happiness whilst being successful and driving forward the sales and marketing strategy for my company - the two are not mutually exclusive (so I'm told).
