-Responsible for purchasing and inventory management of all materials including acrylics, vinyl roles, metal, paper, and network/computer supplies.-Resolved all networking/telecommunications issues at various satellite offices throughout the DFW area, which included end-networks located at several of the top architectural firms in Dallas.-Administered the company’s online ordering system and acted as a single point of contact for all customer service support. Created customized forms and workflows for each portal, set up customers with new accounts, and provided end user training on proper site usage.-Performed small format, large format and various other printing services, with a specific focus supporting the marketing teams at several architectural firms.-Performed any and all administrative tasks necessary for order processing, billing, delivery, etc.

-Designed all Meet-Me-Room cabinet layouts and corresponding MDF cross connection bays for both carriers and customers. -Administered a proprietary web based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) utilized by over 35 properties in the US and Europe. The application tracked and scheduled all preventative maintenance events for critical equipment supporting Data Centers and MMRs.-Trained over 300 employees, vendors and customers on CMMS policies, procedures and proper usage.-Managed and administered Company’s Building Management System (BMS). The system controlled and monitored all critical equipment in over 200 Data Centers located in the US and Europe.-Documented, tracked and managed Incident Reports for all electrical, mechanical, and telecommunication outages. Data was then parsed and migrated to a database to generate reports for senior level managers and resulted in Data Center uptime reliability of 99.999% for 3 consecutive years (2006/2007/2008).-Designed and administered custom escalation lists for all critical equipment. Using BACnet and SMTP, the BMS would send alarms to the CMMS reporting various issues (e.g. “Loss of Power to UPS”, “Leak Detected in CRAC Unit”). The CMMS would relay the alarms to engineers via blackberries and handheld devices. The recipient could then acknowledge the alarm and halt the escalation. If they did not respond to the alarm, it would escalate all the way to Sr. level Asset Managers and Customers. The alarms and associated responses were tied to Service Level Agreements with several Fortune 500 companies.-Developed and implemented naming conventions for all buildings, suites, and associated critical equipment (Air Conditioners, Air Handler Units, Diesel Generators, Power Distribution Units, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, et al).-Created custom forms within the CMMS based on business requirements. Also migrated legacy data to the system using SQL Server and MS Access, allowing end-users to populate forms, create schedules, and perform various other administrative tasks.

-Maintained and operated the Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and other data centers at 600 W 7th Street in downtown Los Angeles for over 40 top tier telecommunications companies. Duties included scheduling, coordinating, and billing all fiber and copper cross connections, and performing on site audits of all telecommunications services (fiber optic connections, conduit inspections, electrical circuits, etc.)-Managed and administered all Dark Fiber cross connections between 600 W 7th Street and adjacent telecommunications facilities in the downtown Los Angeles area.-Coordinated and managed a Telecommunications Conduit Audit Project of the entire building at 600 W 7th Street. Generated Visio/AutoCAD drawings and MS Word reports for the Asset Management Team. Assisted the Portfolio Management Team in auditing tenant leases and license agreements to ensure proper conduit usage.-Responsible for all MMR/Data Center installations in the facility and ensured contractors and tenants strictly adhered to company policies and procedures.-Performed a complete lease/license agreement audit for over 500 customers in data centers located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley.

-Coordinated all fiber optic and copper telecommunications services in the Meet-Me-Room at the One Wilshire Building in Los Angeles, a top-tier connectivity/co-location center housing over 400 on-site tenants.-Services included all cross connections (Single/Multi Mode fiber, DS-3 E-1, T-1 etc.), Clocking Services, MUXing Services, Rack & Stack, Cage/Data Center Build Outs, DC and AC electrical installations.-Performed regular audits of all tenant leases & license agreements to ensure proper billing.-Acted as single point of contact for over 400 tenants for all connectivity services
