If they did not respond to the alarm, it would escalate all the way to Sr. level Asset Managers and Customers. The alarms and associated responses were tied to Service Level Agreements with several Fortune 500 companies.-Developed and implemented naming conventions for all buildings, suites, and associated critical equipment (Air Conditioners, Air Handler Units, Diesel Generators, Power Distribution Units, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, et al).-Created custom forms within the CMMS based on business requirements.
