Senior project manager responsible for design and construction of beach projects within the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) of Fort Lauderdale Beach and park projects for the City's Park Bond Program. The Beach CRA program is valued at over $100 million and includes horizontal and vertical construction projects that created unique destinations for residents and tourists. Signature projects include the transformation of a surface parking lot into the Las Olas Oceanside Park and the construction of the world's first precast concrete 27-Meter dive tower at the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex. The Park Bond Program is valued at $200 million and spans over 90 parks. We utilized a variety of project delivery methods including construction-manager-at-risk, design-build, and traditional design-bid-build.My tasks as senior project manager include procuring and managing design consultants and contractors. This involves review of plans and specifications, coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders, contract writing and negotiations, construction inspections, pay application reviews, change order management, budget reviews, and schedule reviews. The successful delivery of the larger capital projects included public presentations, public consensus building, and delivering reports to advisory boards, City Commission, neighborhood associations, and business improvement districts.

Oversaw material inventory and distribution for Radisson Beach Hotel renovation on Cable Beach, Nassau, Bahamas. Responsible for material orders, tracking, loadout, inventory, and transportation for over 300 rooms, retail corridor, and convention room.

Project Engineer on a site located in Chub Cay in the Berry Island Chain of the Bahamas. Oversaw the installation of the site civil and electrical utilities, hardscape and landscape, dredging of the marina, installation of the floating docks and utilities, and installation of water and sewer treatment plants. Duties included the following: Scheduling, Subcontractor Billing, Cost Estimates, Quantity Takeoffs, Permitting, RFI's, Construction Monitoring, Client, Architect, and Engineering Coordination, and Contracts and Scopes of Work
