The product is an aggregator of a certain type of third-party providers in iGaming, offering a unified API. My responsibilities include managing the development team, creating product conceptual and technological strategies, setting quarterly goals, overseeing development, and more, up to supporting the product in production.

Development of backend of the iGaming-platform

One of the biggest russian e-commerce projects.Development of APIs and microservices on the edge of backend and frontend. I built a highly efficient team of professionals capable of solving any problem in the shortest possible time. Our responsibilities included developing new functionalities, as well as optimizing and enhancing the backend and frontend to improve UX (loading speed, data size) and to prepare for major sales events such as Black Friday.

The startup "Partiya Edi" was bought by Yandex in 2018 and renamed to Yandex.Chef.I was responsible for everything related to the development website / Android app / iOS app / admin panel / ERP, including hiring, implementing SCRUM in team processes, and managing a team of 25+ people (Backend Node.js, Frontend AngularJS, iOS, Android, 1C, QA, DevOps), development of new functionality, improvement of UX, information security.
