Directly monitored food sanitation, water quality analysis, entomological surveillance, insect and animal borne disease control, field sanitation, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation protection, and environmental health & safety compliance programs for over 2,700 Soldiers and Civilians assigned to the MFO throughout the Sinai Peninsula. Responsible for inspection and monitoring the health of Soldiers and Civilians, located at 32 remote sites and two major camps throughout 4,500 kilometers of harsh desert terrain and along the Gulf of Aqaba.
