Fabrication Management of custom carpentry items, CNC milled components and steel products for commercial use. As a Fabrication Manager at Alpine Artisan Studios, I am responsible to first create a structurally accurate computer 3D model of the product to be fabricated based off of an artistic rendering from our graphics art department. During this process I must ensure the product is engendered to comply within a commercial setting and adheres to all applicable codes and regulations. During the design and planning process, I select the materials to be used along with the joinery methods for construction. I then complete material costing and sourcing of the products required and generate build blueprints with cut lists. After those tasks have been completed, I lead a small team to fabricate the product as designed to meet our high company standards. This fabrication process may include the use of carpentry items, welded steel or CNC milled components. Often all 3 areas are utilized to achieve the desired outcome. I am also the lead CNC programer responsible for creating the machine files needed to mill the parts on our 4' x 8' commercial CNC machine. I am also an experienced carpenter, having over 25 years of experience as well as a structural and artistic MIG welder for over 10 years. With my position in the company and variety of knowledge, I also oversee the company work safety program, fleet management and handle all facilities related issues. I manage the vendors who complete the PM tasks as well as any as needed service calls.

Responsible for all areas of pastry shop in absence of Executive pastry chef. Managed staff, labor, production quality, safety and sanitation. Other main responsibilities included wedding cake production, volume dessert production and plate up for banquets, custom VIP in suite amenities, restaurant dessert production and Sunday brunch production / setup.

Owned and operated a specialty bakery and confections shop in Pennsylvania. Managed all areas including marketing, labor, product quality, and ordering. Built good relations with surrounding food service businesses and upscale establishments who would outsource their clients to me. Offered custom creations for specific occasions.
