As Sr. Project Manager, delivered Point of Sale system to the U.S. Postal Service to replace their legacy system, employing the agile development life-cycle to complete and deliver the POS application in 17 months. This POS system allows the customer to upgrade to newer technologies, realize substantial maintenance savings and position itself for mobile and other advanced initiatives. This application is being deployed to 17,000 post offices and over 70,000 POS terminals with yearly revenues thru the system of over $11 billion.
