Overall accountability for the financial operations of Coty Inc’s Australian & New Zealand subsidiaries and CFO Consumer Beauty.Coty Inc is a $16bn US listed beauty products FMCG company. In October 2016, Coty merged with P&G’s Beauty Division, creating the largest global fragrance company and number two in colour cosmetics. Coty’s global brands include, Rimmel, Covergirl, Sally Hansen, Adidas, David Beckham, Calvin Klein, Chloe, OPI, Hugo Boss and Gucci.Key Responsibilities:- Driving Growth During Change: Partnered with the GM and Leadership Team to deliver double digit sales growth, despite significant business disruption, internal reorganisations, supply chain complexity and go-to-market changes following the P&G merger. - Business Process Excellence: Integral role in establishing Consumer Beauty as best practice for operational excellence in ALMEA region, through creation of decision making tools to guide commercial teams, Sales & Operations Planning and establishing project tracking and approval processes.- Aggressive Change Management: Over 2 year period, successfully transitioned Coty ANZ from 1 subsidiary with 1 division and an 11 person Finance team, to 3 legal entities, 3 divisions and a 30 person finance team. Currently responsible for the consolidation of trading operations from 3 legal entities back to 1 legal entity and the outsourcing of transactional finance to Malaysia.
