- Instigating a new role within the company focusing on streaming and music promotion - Pitching the label’s releases to Key DSP partners (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon etc.) and independent playlist curators, conveying stats to ensure successful additions across multiple playlists- Analysing release performance on DSP portals (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists) and third party companies (Spoton Track, ChartMetric, Songstats) assessing trends in demographics and daily streams counts- Curating weekly playlists for Musical Freedom, including key partners' releases in a suitable arrangement to ensure a smooth listening experience for users- Discovering reactive Spotify playlists and initiating + nurturing relationships with their owners - Pitching label releases to UK and international radio stations, maintaining relationships with music editors and third party promotional companies - Presenting key DJs with exclusive content for club play to generate interest around releases before launch, and discovering social media content of these being played out to share on the label’s social media accounts

Tasked with setting up the new independent playlist streaming department, my roles have included:- Pitching tracks to influential curators with the ultimate goal of increasing a campaign's exposure- Discovering popular and reactive playlists across streaming platforms- Generating and nurturing relationships within the streaming community for the purposes of exchanging new musical material - Social media promotion of key playlist features- Creating weekly reports for clients on the progress of each record featuring playlist adds and stream counts- Reporting Listen Up's streaming profiles' growth and playlist follower counts

With the implementation of the We Love brand in 2017, I've been focused on growing our profile across streaming platforms, setting up relationships with other members in the curating community for access to brand new content, and remaining up to date with current music trends for the purposes of curating engaging playlists within the genres of (but not limited to):- Dance- Tech House- Underground (affiliated with Island Beats)- Chill- Bass- Rap

Having become a full time employee, I switched departments to the specialist radio team, and conducting tasks which included:- Pitching new releases to international DJs for features in large-scale radio shows - Collating relevant plays from DJs / Radio Stations and their feedback on our promotions into detailed report formats- Expanding the specialist radio team's promotional pool- Managing Listen Up’s specialist radio team's social media output- Generating promotion packs / download links for the specialist radio team

As an introductory role within the national radio department, my roles included:- Scanning national radio station's tracklists for relevant playlist features within radio shows- Compiling radio plays and formatting into client reports- Scouring through radio shows to find relevant festival mentions and recording said mentions to present to clients- Creating weekly reports of relevant track features on BBC R1 playlists and Shazam Charts

Gradually progressed from floor staff, to supervisor to assistant manager in the space of 10 months. Roles included:• Managing employees ensuring that all staff were performing to a high standard and were comfortable with their roles.• Maintaining a strong level of control through out the team in a fast paced environment to ensure that shifts ran efficiently • Utilising strong social and interpersonal skills to ensure that customers had a gratifying dining experience• Data input and analysis from restaurant sales • Training new staff on restaurant protocols and roles within the business

A Guildford based music society at the university of Surrey dedicated to showcasing the best in underground music, be it Techno, House, DnB, Trip Hop etc. I assisted the manager with general administrative duties, ensured relevant organization had been implemented for upcoming events, performed myself on multiple occasions and recorded hours from meetings.

Kane FM is commercial radio station broadcasting to Surrey and is also available for online streaming purposes. My role within this organisation was presenting on a Bi-Weekly show for 'Presha Bass Music', showcasing local DJs/artists as well as the latest in underground dance music.

GU2 is a student ran radio station based on the university of Surrey's campus. It encompasses a wide variety of shows, from news & sport to vast amount of musical genres.My role within this organisation was presenting on a Bi-Weekly show for 'Presha Bass Music', showcasing local DJs/artists as well as the latest in underground dance music.

Assisting the head composer at Titanium Music with contract based pop songs, suggesting new and innovative ideas to be utilized within these works.

Bar Staff for both Chancellors (bar/restaurant) and Rubix (on campus club). This includes the service of drinks and food, as well as ensuring fridges remained fully stocked and that the premises met with health and safety standards.

General shop duties including till work, store maintenance, processing of card payments and store cleaning.
