I founded TCS Software in 1990 to provide affordable technology solutions for managing professional and trade associations. In the early days, we'd spec out hardware, install it and develop/install/support our own AMS software solution. As the company grew, we added staff and expanded outside of central Ohio. We narrowed our focus to strictly software in 1999. Now we work with over 180 organizations, located throughout the U.S., that represent many diverse interests and industries. Worked as the sole developer of all IBM System/36 (RPG) software utilized to run this association management company. At the time they managed 15-20 accounts and had a staff of roughly 13.I was hired to replace an expensive consulting company that was providing sub-par service and software.
