Part of the management. Responsible for sales and branding of the complete range of brands:Øllingegaard – Søvind – Nimb – Stenalt and Kirk’s – national and international.Furthermore responsible for innovation, communication, PR and strategy.

Handmade organic cheese. Was hired to make a turn around of this small dairy. Made a complete rebranding – a total new culture around the brand “metro organic” cunsumers.A big innovative process with 2 new lines of articles and full focus at the end consumer.Sales doubled in 2 years – the same with EBITA.

At the time the biggest potato packing station in Denmark (+ 50.000 tons/years) Owned by + 100 potato growers in the West part of Denmark. (Vestjylland)We made a commercial turn around with innovation of the production process – new packing – and focus at the end consumers and industial costumers.In the period I was CEO the company went from big deficits to positive figures.

The task was to develop a sales- marketing strategy for Scandinavia – and after that for Germany.It was a success with a growth both in turn over and EBITA

I started the company as “van Rijn Scandinavia” a small – very small – importer of fresh fruit and veg.It was the first in Denmark to deliver the goods directly from suppliers in Holland directly to wholesales in Denmark.Growth in the first 7 years from DKK 6 mill to DKK 100 mill. (turnover)Made a merger in ’97 with Futura A/S and a MBO against van Rijn BV in ‘99Sold my part of the company in 2002.
