• London Borough of Newham 2021 - Co-designed and delivered stakeholder workshops to support the development of a Local Plan. This work contributed to the team in Newham receiving the Planning Award for Stakeholder Engagement 2023.• Waltham Forest 2022 - Developed an options paper for a place-based giving scheme, and designed a pilot for the rollout of Youth Hubs - both of which have been taken forward by the borough • IMPOWER Consulting: Hertfordshire County Council 2022 - Led the design of a new service that provided immediate support and advice for SENCOs. This involved designing and delivering co-design sessions, supporting the induction of the new team and setting up a robust performance management framework • Paul Hamlyn Foundation 2023 - Designed and facilitated online training for new managers who are part of the Youth Fund Learning Network. The training provided a range of tools and resources to support learning and space for people to reflect on their management style and learn from each other. • Oak National Academy 2023 - Programme management for the development of online resources using an Agile methodology. This work included developing long-term project plans as well as key resources to support straightforward and robust progress monitoring from a range of external partners• Associate at IMPOWER consulting 2022 - 2024 - I have worked across three local authorities to roll out and embed vital change programmes in Children's social care. This has included co-designing and establishing a SENCO advice line, developing a SEND quality assurance framework and supporting improved foster carer recruitment and retention.

I was a founding member of the re-launched and re- branded United Nations Youth and Student Association (UNYSA-UK) and held the role of Membership Officer on the Youth Council My role including building the membership of the newly re-launched organisation; representing UNYSA-UK at an international meetings of the World Federation of United Nations Associations – Youth; designing and producing recruitment materials; attending meetings of the youth council and contributing to the development of the constitution.Since then, the organisation has been rebranded, and is now called UNA Youth.
