Responsible for ensuring hirers’ and events’ requirements for room layouts, furniture and equipment are appropriately met through reference to the electronic diary, booking forms and by liaising with other staff.To set up, re-set and clear down rooms for hires and events including all equipment.To set up and assist with the operation of technical equipment as required, including lighting, audio and visual equipment.To assist visiting companies and hirers with loading and unloading of equipment as required in compliance with The Witham’s Health and Safety policy.Operate the heating system and adjusting room thermostats as appropriate to ensure both a high quality experience for customers and the efficient, economic and environmentally friendly use of energy within the building.To keep all storage areas tidy including internal and external stores, Lower Plant Room, dressing rooms, furniture cupboards, stage wings and any other storage areas.To assist in maintaining an inventory for all technical assets including consumables and equipment, ensuring that they are appropriately stored, and controlled.Maintain the general up keep of all storage and backstage areas including the seating rake, stage control box and storage areas ensuring that they are kept clean and tidy at all times.Ensure that all technical equipment is fit for purpose, correctly stored, maintained and documented and used appropriately when required. • I support our Network Manager by taking a level of responsibility for the management of the school ICT curriculum network and the schools administrative network including the installation, maintenance and upgrade of all new hardware• I manage the provision of internet access ensuring unwanted/inappropriate material is filtered via the filtering systems in place at all times• Provide 1st line support, diagnosis and repair services to support staff and students• I liaise with outside agencies, in particular ITSS as and when appropriate• Carry out stock checks on consumables• To deputise for the ICT Network Manager in his absence• Support school in ICT related publicity – brochures, newsletters, adverts, websites• Provides in house training to staff in aspects/modules of ICT resources

In 2010, I founded Simply Audio; a small family owned Company whilst completing GCSEs and A-Levels to provide Freelance Sound Engineer and PA Hire services.Travelling around the UK with multiple clients, I built up a good reputation in the North-East as a reliable Sound Engineer with good technical skills and knowledge. I was hired as Head Sound Engineer to supply, rig and operate lighting and sound equipment for the Sounds in the Castle Grounds (Barnard Castle Meet) 2011 & 2012.This venture has helped me to develop good organisational, management, and technical skills, whilst giving me a great outlet for my artistic interests and talents.
