Contracted as part-time IT Manager and Information Governance Lead for a large, multi-site charity providing care to 400 children with life shortening conditions. The multidisciplinary role involves embedding industry methodologies (inc ITIL CSI) in order to secure a quality and resilient IT service, whilst identifying, managing and controlling compliance risks associated with Information Governance and GDPR. Strategically, the role entails the deliverance of a three year IT Strategy which aims to develop imaginative systems and workflows in order to drive efficiency and productivity. Recent projects include project leading the establishing of ITIL aligned IT Service at a new childrens hospice, Graces Place, alongside the end-to-end implementation of a bespoke Information Risk Management framework.

New position created to support the underlying IT Infrastructure from a technical level. Responsible for maintenance of physical and virtual servers, running through VMWare and HyperV. Primary duties included:> Providing ITIL aligned day-to-day IT Support for 1700 users, including routine Active Directory changes, general Windows 7/8/10 and Office 2013/2016 help requests and bespoke application support;> Installation and initial configuration of Office 365 and Azure AD in a Hybrid environment initially, before moving to cloud-only authentication;> Key point of contact for IT Service & Support in four other primary schools, including leading the day-to-day delivery of this support> Support and routine management of HP Procurve switches and Cisco Routers;> Implementation of ADFS alongside Azure Active Directory to support SSO for the Office 365 platform;> Management (inc DHCP, DNS, IIS, WDS, WSUS and Group Policy) and troubleshooting a number of Windows Server 2012 and 2016-based machines.
