Using a collaboration of tailor-made systems to audit suppliers and cooperative businesses in an attempt to recover lost profit as a third party organisation. As my first graduate position it has been an interesting transition away from student norms further developing my business and professional skills, the role has provided a wide scope of new challenges aiding my progress within my career

Basic duties include during my time there were but not limited to aiding potential customers with extensive knowledge of the product, planning meetings with showroom designer, general upkeep of the showroom, aftercare of customers and maintenance of computer systems. During my two years at CCAD I learnt many pivotal angles to working in a business environment. Some of my duties were to Cover Reception (including answering the phone taking calls and messages and dealing with any general requests made to the switchboard or in person, covering the Art shop, serving students and maintaining stock). Part of this also included cashing up the tills, making sure everything is following the correct procedure and that the tills balance. Part of this also included cashing up the tills, making sure everything is following the correct procedure and that the tills balance. Other money related duties included taking and recording fees and emptying machines within the college. Student data was a vital part of my job, recording absences, changes of circumstance and exams. In the last two years I have been heavily involved in the admissions process and in the second year I took over the whole project making changes to improve the full process and improve the quality and efficiency for both the tutors/course leaders and potential students.
