With over ten years of work experience in various management roles, successfully supporting business with the growth of their businesses within many sectors, from Grounds Maintenance and Domiciliary Care, through the Fitness sector and now to where I am proud to be National Account Manager at NovaTherm Ltd, a leading provider of Underfloor Heating in the UK. I have a certification in Managing Safely from IOSH, and I have developed strong organisation and teamwork skills throughout my career. I have successfully managed multiple large scale projects, contracts, national recruitment campaigns, developed CRM systems and also provided key support in the sale of numerous companies, from £230,000 - £15,000,000.I am also experienced in providing regional support and training to various business owners, teams and clients across the UK & Ireland. As part of the NovaTherm team, I aim to contribute to the company's mission of delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions that benefit the environment and society whilst working alongside the companies business plans to achieve significant growth in the sector.
