About Tom Striker Baugis

User interface programmer with an eye trained for simplicity in design and code, and passion for data in all its shapes. Things that I make are straightforward to use and easy to maintain and extend. Having been an early hire in a successful (recently acquired) startup, I’ve seen things grow from ground up, lead teams, and propelled people into productivity. I’m also humbly proud to be the original author of Project Hamster - the open source time tracking app.

Listed skills include Python, Javascript, Css, User Interface Design, and 20 others.

RGB Monster, true to it's name, is an unusual comedy production. We are as much a comedy production company as we are a software development company. We create and produce interactive shows that require bespoke software (so we created that), and we produce stand-up comedy lineup shows, that can be very challenging to manage at scale, so we created a system for that as well. The latter is now accessible as a fairly priced software-as-a-service offering at https://confirmed.show/
