I'm responsible and accountable for daily activities of multiple development projects and leading, managing and advising on many tasks associated with: Pre-Development, Due Diligence, Entitlements, Internal Approvals and Coordination, Design, Construction. I am primarily focused on mixed-use development sites with development experience ranging from industrial to large-scale multi-phased mixed use innovation districts.

Responsible for facilitating development projects from due diligence to project completion and closeout. In this role, I primarily support the office and industrial development teams in the production of ground up development and value-add acquisition activities.

My primary role as Advisor, in a Project Management role, is to advise on all issues of programming, feasibility, and other challenges that may affect the project. We’ll negotiate with the landlord, hire the architects, engineers, and any other consultants, looking out for your interests at every turn. And we’ll make sure you get the working environment you pay for — and that your people expect — by taking complete control of the following:• Budget — We take charge of the spending for your project, advising you of any issues and pointing out possible savings• Schedule — We oversee the construction schedule, informing you of key dates, making sure you have time to plan your move without disruption• Plans — We create a rough outline of how your space will be built out, then we select the architect to draw it up formally• Permits — We take care of obtaining any permits necessary for the construction of your space• Vendor Selection — We oversee the hiring and supervision of: designers, contractors, voice/data suppliers, and other suppliers• Coordinate Installs — We supervise the installation of carpet, paint, trim, wiring, lighting, system furniture, and other items required in a working office• Relocation Management — We can implement your entire move — hiring the mover, packing and unpacking, setting up computers, etc. — so your people can keep working with as few distractions as possible

As Project Manager of Land Development I assist with the purchase of land for residential development, oversee construction processes and coordinate governmental entitlement processes. Furthermore I assist with ProForma development and compute cost estimates for all aspects of each development to present for financing.

• Experience in levels of design from schematic design through construction documents on projects ranging from $100,000 up to nearly $100 million• Supported and engaged client focused projects working with stakeholders to advance project goals. • Directed biweekly construction meetings, prepared and distributed meetings notes.• Exercised skills in various project types including, Office, Corrections, Healthcare, Athletic, Design Build.

I worked as an Assistant Construction Administrator under general supervision from the Senior CA for a multi-phased correctional facility project. Duties included tracking project cost issues through change orders, RFI's, and Proposal Requests, shop drawing review and distribution, Pay Application review/processing, punchlist walkthroughs and various other tasks.
