English to follow日本市場における印刷業界向けデジタル印刷機販売ビジネスの総責任者を経て、現在はラクスルの製造子会社であるラクスルファクトリーにて社長直轄の事業開発を担当しております。同時に、核融合関係のスタートアップであるMiRESSO社において顧問として事業開発を支援しております。大学にてプラズマ工学系学科を卒業後、過去の職務経歴としては、総合商社（無機化学品、セラミックス品の海外営業、6年間豪州駐在で現地のBHP向け新規ビジネスを担当)、教育系大手企業（経営企画職）、リチウムイオン電池のベンチャー（営業責任者）、国内の産業用印刷機器ビジネスの総責任者、などを経験してきております。経営企画、M＆A、法人営業、海外営業、海外駐在経験（豪州に6年、駐在時に現地でMBA取得）、そして現在の事業責任者としての事業経営、など幅広く経験があります。関心事としては、素材・材料およびそれらを生産する装置やデバイスを軸とした事業、これらを社会実装する事、地球環境問題などの社会問題の解決に貢献したいとする事、などに関心があります。またディープテック系のスタートアップ・ベンチャーなどに興味があります。I have been responsible for digital printing machine business as a general manager in Japanese market for 5 years, and currently work for Raksul Factory, which is a 100% subsidiary of Raksul. At the same time, I support a start-up company called MiRESSO as an advisor. MiRESSO has unique production technology for Be(Berrilium) which is used for Fusion Power generation reactor.After studying plasma engineering at University of Tokyo, one of the most prestigious university in Japan, I started a career in one of biggest trading firm in Japan at a division for advanced ceramics business. During that period I used to be in Australia as an expat for 6 years and privatelly got an MBA there. Next to the trading firm experience for about 20 years, I jumped in to Lithium Ion Battery venture firm as a director to grow business where it was my first experience to well understand how LIB business should be carried out and its difficulties. One of opportunity drove me to get a position at Konica Minolta after joined to the LIB venture, I have been focusing on digital print machine business to printing industry for 10 years. Current personal interest is, as a career after my current position, to solve the social issues such as carbon neutralization through innovative technology, in a business arena at a deep-tech start-up.
