- Provided audit and assurance services for a strategic client, a China asset management company (the "AMC") and a third-party asset management group (the "AM Group"), in Hong Kong.- Understood and walkthrough the investment control cycle which consists of investment funds, direct investments, third party entrustment and asset management; performed testing on key controls to ensure the design, implementation and operating effectiveness.- Reviewed consolidation process which consists of a massive number of subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures.- Focused on the review of the valuation of larger unlisted investment portfolio including investments such as convertible bonds, unlisted shares and private equity investments, involved the use of different valuation models and an assessment on the parameters used.- Familiar with the International and Hong Kong auditing, accounting and financial reporting standards, as well as the Cayman Islands Exempted Limited Partnership (the "Cayman ELP") reporting, Limited and General Partner Arrangements ("LPAs").- Closely communicated with own PRC team as the key coordination contact point for the group reporting purpose as well as managing the subsidiaries under the AMC.
