I’ve had the pleasure of developing professionally in what has been a very rich and diverse career that has allowed me to grow into a compelling and trust-evoking manager and leader. More than anything, I like to build. I have built and developed teams from the ground-up to become highly-effective and strategic. I have created and expanded projects and programs that help people live more successful lives and I have built relationships with clients and individuals that will last a lifetime. One of the things I am most proud of in my career is founding and leading the largest non-state run foster child placement agency in the Tampa Bay area. I’ve also helped pastor a large church (4000+) where I navigated and bridged gaps in in all different cultures.I bring a consultative approach to relationship building along with high integrity.
