Tom Teves has more than 37 years of experience within the foodservice industry. He began his career with Compass Group in 1987 as a Unit Manager with Canteen, a division of Compass Group. Teves joined Eurest in 1994, and during the course of his tenure, has served many roles including Regional Director, Regional Vice President and Global Senior Vice President. Teves has guided many accounts to unprecedented growth with increased profits, volume and venues. He prides himself on driving innovations into the business, leveraging both business analytics and technology to allow for data-driven decisions, with a ‘Voice of the Customer’ perspective. This drives growth in both participation and customer satisfaction which ultimately leads to client satisfaction, retention and continued growth opportunities in the marketplace. Teves believes his greatest accomplishment with Compass Group is making a difference in peoples’ lives by growing them from within, creating value for both the Company and the associate.
