• Manage cross-functional teams in different locations and collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams within the organization for execution of projects.• Monitoring progress of the project work scope and accurately reporting progress against the plan to key stakeholders and identify project risks and issues.• Lead and participate in weekly internal and external meetings with different stake holders, management review meetings for project update and any discrepancy.• Assist in contract assessment, scope review, verifications and project kick off meetings during initiation of projects.• Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSE requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.• Communicate and follow up with various inter-disciplinary departments to ensure resolution of project bottle-necks, stoppages for keeping up the project on schedule.• Follow up project billing, cost estimating, control and verification of invoices for billing.• Monitor daily progress for various projects as per the project schedule and update the management for tracking productivity.• Communicate with clients to discuss technical issues, procedures and standards requirements and provide technical assistance to clients in reference to inspection and follow-up services.

• Manage projects of Varying sizes and duration that incorporates business and technical aspects, creating and executing against project plan, proactively mitigating risks and managing schedule and cost performance index against planned deliverables from inception, planning, EPC to on stream.• Assist the Project Manager in implementation of the project plan within the given schedule, costing and quality standard.• Prepare technical and commercial tender bid for service contracts, attending pre-tender meetings and site visits. • Review of drawings, data sheets, plant layout and P&ID.• Prepare and plan daily progress, monthly progress schedule and report for productivity to be achieved and track the progress of the project.• Coordination with Vendors and external agencies for expediting deliveries of items on project critical path.• Monitoring the execution of projects and ensuring that they are completed within approved budgets.• To liaise with client’s representative on all project issues and sub-contractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects to both the company and client’s satisfaction.

• Review all relevant documentation pertaining to the Project including scope of services, conditions of contract, Project execution plan, Project schedule, scope of work, etc. Verify and ensure completeness of the scope of work associated with the project.• Preparation of technical documents Method statement, Risk assessment, Inspection Test Plan and related technical documents for the project execution.• Attend kick-off meetings, pre-production meetings, and regular (weekly, monthly) progress meetings with subcontractors and clients.• Actively work with other technical functions Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Installation to ensure that cross-function interfaces are managed.• Assist in coordination of interfacing activities with subcontractors/vendor, clients and third parties throughout the project life cycle.• Ensuring that subcontractor/vendor documentation is issued on schedule and in compliance to specification, scope of work and subcontract terms and conditions.

• Reviewing customer technical requirements and specifications and incorporate into project designs.• Preparation and checking of Engineering deliverables- Specifications, Datasheet, RFQs for Pressure vessels, Storage tanks, Heat Exchangers.• Preparation of design report, Bill of Material (BOM) and Material Take off (MTO) data sheets.• Attending project discussions and project coordination with client to get design and drawings for approval.• Review all vendor documents and responding to vendor / site queries and monitor mechanical work for progress of project.• Co-ordinate among project team members on technical matters and implementation based on Quality and safety standards.
