Howdy! I’m looking forward to connecting. I’m 52, married to my “Realtor” wife Sherri of ~30 years, and call San Antonio, TX home. The Change Agent: I spent 30 yrs as an Occupational Therapist, the final 20 in Private Practice. I’m Co-Founder of Fit For Work starting with a partner in 1998. Our vision: “Change healthcare delivery in industry”. We “disrupted” before it was cool! FFW now services 600+ clients in 45 states/Canada, demonstrating a history of innovation; impacting thousands of employees/saving millions of dollars. 10 yrs ago we aligned with partners sharing a passion for innovation/disruption of “old school, entrenched” industries…healthcare and education. They started an evidence-based university and PT practices nationally. 5 years ago, we created Confluent Health. Today, Confluent has over 2,000 employees, multiple companies, and spans the U.S. We changed healthcare and education forever!Now what? I “retired” last year for about 3 months. I’m passionate about: disruptive pursuits, innovation, embodying theme of “Change Agent”, a charge given by my OT professor. “Don’t accept status quo…be a Change Agent”. Sherri spent 23 years in public education then began a second career in Real Estate with a Partner. They asked for help in making the “Broker” decision, not based on real estate experience, but instead on which would make the: most impactful personal/business decision; greatest life change; develop opportunities for rapid growth…all in an “entrenched industry”? Common Themes? Disrupt entrenched industry; Max innovation. I researched brokers and compared them on innovation, agent engagement, ownership potential, trajectory. ALL the same, but 1: eXp Realty! “Disruptive” Defined. Future? I’m STOKED to join eXp Realty.
