I have extensive experience in advising clients in the IT, media, e-commerce and financial services sectors ranging from large corporations to small to medium enterprises. Most of the areas of work that I am involved in will relate to the commercial arrangements for managing, using and protecting intellectual property.I have expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements with a technology component whether they are major projects or day-to-day arrangements, including outsourcing, software and systems licensing and development agreements. I also draft and negotiate agreements dealing with the creation, exploitation and distribution of content, including via television and the internet. I have advised on regulatory issues surrounding the use of content in the UK.
