About Tom Tripicchio

Tom Tripicchio, PTA is a co-Founder (along with his brother Bob Tripicchio, PT, DSc.) and Director of Operations of Community Physical Therapy & Associates in Addison, Illinois. In 1986, CPT was established to provide home care services to under-served communities. By 1996, CPT began offering rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Chicagoland area and opened an on-site Medicare-certified outpatient clinic in Addison, Illinois. The next year, a Wellness division was added to emphasize the need for overall well-being and preventative medicine.CPT started out with 5 therapists and today have more than 400 physical, occupational and speech therapists provide rehabilitation care and services throughout 35+ facilities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.
