With a history of innovation spanning 92 years, Raytheon provides state-of-the-art electronics, mission systems integration and other capabilities in the areas of sensing; effects; and command, control, communications and intelligence systems; as well as a broad range of mission support services.Currently working as a Deployment Project Manager with Raytheon my responsibilities include drafting and submitting Baseline Change Requests (BCR), Variance reporting, schedule creation, resource loading, planning and controlling the budget of my deployment projectsAs Deployment manager I am responsible for the global coordination, acquisition, implementation and installation of new hardware and software to 150+ military units at locations all over the world. I plan and schedule the deployment process and the sequence of new systems deployed to each of the field location I am responsible for taking newly-designed systems and software packages and rolling them out for operational use. An Agile Kanban board is used to track all tasks associated with systems planning, integration, and deployments providing great insight into the often times complicated system integration and installation processes. As part of the deployment process I also ensure that the hardware and software systems are fully deployed, tested and functioning. Leading up to and during deployments I am in constant communication with all departments and stakeholders on the progress of the project.

Information Technology support for assigned customers which included ConAgra, Norwest Bank, Ameritrade, and BPI. Providing administration and maintenance of a heterogeneous mix of computer hardware and software platforms including Microsoft and Novell Servers, desktop workstations, printers, scanners, and various other standard peripherals. Ensure Corporate standards and security requirements are met, maintaining close working relationships with IT Leadership and other Networking teammates from other locations.
