I worked with J.K.Rowling and Neil Blair to form, design, build and launch Pottermore, the magical online companion for fans of Harry Potter, in partnership with Sony, Google and Warner Bros. This included devising and launching the store for the Harry Potter eBooks, in collaboration with Amazon, Barnes & Noble and publishers including Scholastic and Bloomsbury. The store included many innovations, including global book pricing, social rights management and linked delivery to Kindle, Nook and other proprietary eReader systems. We broke many eBook records, including generating over £1m of global sales from every known country using multiple currencies in less than 24 hours.
