Part of the executive management team and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the company’s growth and developmental goals for its workforce. This position has interaction and varying degrees of responsibility with the different subsidiarity and division of the company.• Controls and monitors the administration of benefits administration, and equal employment opportunity program• Develops policies and programs to meet organizational needs and provides guidance and technical assistance to other areas. • Responsible for advising management to ensure company compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to employee benefits, compensation and employment.• Direct, support, coach, and counsel all levels of staff. • Manages benefits programs including medical insurance and worker’s compensation.• Evaluates current programs to ensure all benefits meet company and employee needs and develops and implements new programs as needed.
