Since 1995 Doendenkers® is guiding foundations and families by structuring and implementing their donation & charitable investment policy. In doing so, I work for several clients as liaison for day-to-day operations, project administrator and in the support role for board and/or director.Currently I am working for Stichting Rotterdam (since 2014), Ineke Feitz Stichting (since 2022), Ifunds (since 2022) and Stichting SOFAK (since 2023). Previously working for Dioraphte (2009-2021).

SOFAK supports international and migrant churches and new initiatives aimed at community building among migrant Christians. Financial support is an important part of the work. SOFAK started supporting one migrant church in The Hague in 1995. In the years that followed, the number of supported churches greatly expanded and with it, the fundraising. It was clear that there was a great need for this within the international and migrant churches in the Netherlands. SOFAK receives no subsidy and depends on donations from individuals, trust funds and a number of local Dutch churches.After thorough preparations, SOFAK has been supported by a number of trust funds in the 'Backing up' program started in 2023. That program aims not only to better reach migrant churches with their financial resources but also to facilitate them in capacity building.

Ineke Feitz Foundation (IFS) is a medium-sized charitable trust fund established by Mrs M. Feitz-Dreesmann in 1989. Through this fund, she wanted to contribute to care for vulnerable children, especially children with disabilities, in the name of her little daughter Ineke Feitz, who died suddenly at the age of 11.Aim of the foundation: To improve the lives of vulnerable children wherever they may live, especially children with a mental (or multiple) handicap by providing them with access to care and education, if and when that is not a matter of course.

Ifunds has been a provider in products and solutions for non-profit organizations for over 25 years. One of Ifunds products is Grant Management it is the solution for trust funds and grant makers. It is the central point for all information and communication related to an application. With Grant Management, the right steps are taken in the right order, the right people are consulted and informed. Grant Management is adaptable to everyone's work process and is constantly evolving

Stichting Rotterdam is a medium-sized Protestant Christian charitable trust fund that finances mainly activities in the Dutch diaconal sector. It was founded by Hendricus Johannes Bonda (1898-1966) in 1955. In line with the founder’s intentions, Stichting Rotterdam aims explicitly to be a fund with a Protestant Christian profile. Stichting Rotterdam makes financial contributions to churches, organizations or groups that conduct activities in the social or cultural sectors, aimed at society as a whole and not limited to one’s own group, church or community.

What started as several independent foundations: Liberty, Dijkverzwaring, Continuendo MusartE en Dioraphte culminated in a merge in 2015, wherby their individual portfolio's where respected.Dioraphte and its predecessors were different from most funds: averse to carousel funding, went along with funding wishes in the interest of the applicant, thought in the interest of the ultimate stakeholder, dared to take risks but were strict in keeping agreements doing so.I was responsible for the project administration (with an annual budget of 14.5 million Euros - 300/400 applications) togher with my (part-time) collegue. So I whas in contact with the applicants, proccesed their applications, prepared all the information for boardmeetings, processed the outcome of meetings and monitored the portfolio. Besides I did the summarised and checked applications, checked (financial) reports and made settlements for part of the project portfolio (Social initiatives with a budget of about 6 million Euro) under the supervision of the consultant/director.I did this together with a nice team of independent professionals, one of the unique points of Dioraphte.
