Provides white-glove support for web conferencing solutions. Work closely with businesses and IT departments to smooth web meeting experience by troubleshooting computer hardware, cameras, security software and networking/connectivity issues. We also provide support provisioning servers, installing security certificates and set up accounts for hybrid solutions that allow companies to host meeting on internal servers.

OmniJoin provides cloud hosted video conferencing solutions. As an OmniJoin NOC Administrator we provided continuous monitoring of a global network of over 300 servers. We monitor and ensure server network connectivity as well as availability and functionality of our product. When issues arise we test, troubleshoot and diagnose the cause of a disruption and work with our ISP’s or internal engineers to resolve the matter. Responsibilities also included managing monitoring services, reviewing/auditing past incidents, training new employees and responding to customers as a point of escalation for after-hours support regarding connection issues.

Provide over the phone one call resolutions to customers. Troubleshoot cable services/equipment, phone service and ensure modem has connectivity for internet services. Manage customer services and accounts; take payments, as well as able to promote TWC products. Receive and resolve escalated issues from Tech Support Agent 1 and National help desk.
