I have built a thriving business within a large corporation as well as grown an entrepreneurial small business into a multi-million dollar company. I am a proponent of organic growth as it is sustainable and demonstrates a long-term, solid commitment to the business. I attribute my success to my ability to overcome barriers, build relationships at all levels of the organization, and foster trust and loyalty. Listening, observing, and digging deep are what make me the consummate problem solver.
