Etac is a world-leading supplier of ergonomic aids for people at all stages of life - from young children to the elderly. The department Etac Supply Gjøvik has produced equipment under the brand Molift which consists of products that facilitate the transfer and handling of patients.I have worked with product development from idea to finished product, including prototyping, testing and technical drawings and documentation according to ISO standards and medical directive. I have worked versatile and gained broad experience in mechanics, design of welded structures, injection-molded plastic, packaging, textiles and electronics. I have also worked with technical documentation such as user manuals, installation instructions, repair manuals and labels. I have worked with small and large projects in interdisciplinary teams and independently, in close collaboration with production and suppliers. I have been involved in bringing many products to market and I have had a role as project manager in larger projects. I have worked with both new development projects and improvement or cost saving projects.

Øveraasen is a family business that has developed and produced snow plows and other snow removal equipment for almost 100 years and has a leading position in this modest but highly specialized market for safe winter service at airports, railways and roads. Product ranges range from simple snow plows to the largest and most advanced snow removal machines. Øveraasen's technology is found at many of the world's largest international airports.In addition to and after a bachelor's degree, I worked with upgrading the existing quality system by documenting, improving and creating new routines and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 standard and new environmental management system according to ISO 14001: 2004 standard. I also worked with materials and production management and facilitation and follow-up of production with an external partner.
