LadderUp Housing bridges the wealth gap by providing an alternative pathway to homeownership for the working class. LadderUp purchases and renovates homes, rents them to tenants while they build their credit score working with a non-profit financial coaching partner, and then sells that same home to the tenant when they are able to attain traditional mortgage financing.

• Coordinated validation, processing, and distribution of 81 different types of ammunition totaling 327,921 rounds, successfully supplying ammunition for 30 different ranges to certify unit readiness for combat tasks• Supervised the execution of over 300 logistic support request and 500 transportation movement requests aboard Camp Lejeune in support of company level training.• Generated transportation plans to support cross-country training operations, resulting in the successful movement of 700 personnel and 448,000 lbs. of equipment from North Carolina to California• Planned, coordinated, and executed the embarkation plan for the USS FORT MCHENRY during the multinational Exercise Bold Alligator 17, which included over 400 personnel aboard ship. Embarked and de-embarked 21 French Foreign Legion vehicles, two ambulances, and four quadcons for the assault echelon and 10 troop carrying trucks, eight quadcons, and two forklifts with the assault follow on echelon.

• Directed processes for the maintenance of $79 million worth of equipment located in Bulgaria and Romania, raising the overall material readiness percentage of the battalion from 88% to 96%• Reduced weapons accessories deficiencies over 50%, providing alternative methods that did not require additional battalion expenditures to fill a $75,000 shortfall• Prepared five functional areas for the Commanding General’s Readiness Inspection, resulting in a mission capable rating for ammunition, armory, maintenance management, food service, and embarkation • Supervised the realignment of 428 M4s rifles and 454 M4 RCOs optics from MEF units to the battalion

• Inspected and reviewed 156 types of ammunition worth $15.8 million as the Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives Officer, resulting in zero discrepancies during a Marine Forces Europe inspection• Provided end-to-end logistical support for 1,000 participants across five nations in the country of Georgia, implementing $1 million of contracting support for housing, food, water, and engineering• Partnered with Army personnel to transport 14 mission essential vehicles between two exercises across Eastern Europe, reducing transportation costs by $100,000 and shipment time by two weeks• Planned and supervised withdrawal of 300 Marines and equipment deployed in Bulgaria to Romania, culminating in the permanent relocation of personnel and $20 million of equipment from Romania to Norway• Coordinated with five different program managers to properly return four tanks, three artillery pieces, and eight vehicles back to the US by rail and ferry, permanently removing them from the European theater
