Biosphere contractor converting waste to energy. Developed a 640 acre parcel into a Palm Oil Farm, which required self contained drainage and irrigation water control system. Hired and managed agricultural personnel, site planners, surveyors and design engineers. Secured development financing sufficient to underwrite the machinery necessary to commercially extract the oil. Negotiated contracts for purchase of contiguous land for expansion. Worked with local governmental groups to secure permits and authorization. Prepared feasibility projections and estimates on sales expectation.

Florida

Procured varies raw land sites, zoned and developed the following:Bay Hills Golf and Country Club (PGA Course-1000 residential units), Bay Winds (1400 residential units) development, Sunbrook Golf and Country Club (1480 residential units), Via Largo Waterfront (24 units) Condo, Charolias (60 units) Condo, Cheval Golf and Country Club (900 acre), Over Oaks Golf and Country Club (1200 acres), Deer Run a Rural (240 residential units) community, Created an Island in the Bay of Izmir-Dredging operation.

Oklahoma

Constructed entire site development including underground structure; sewer system, overpass, storm drainage and access roads, for the largest Commercial Mall in Oklahoma City. The site location was an old unstable lake bottom requiring 3,000,000 cu, yards of good fill to bring it to elevation. The substructure also required that it be stabilized and compacted for 20 feet below existing elevation. Researched and developed then incorporate a novel "wicking system" in order to achieve consolidation. Managed 60 sub contractors engineers, architects, equipment suppliers and labor companies. Constructed a second site for another Big Box Mall in Norman, Oklahoma. Complicated permitting required working with Government agencies at all levels in order to achieve approval. In Houston, Texas, utilized a Supreme Court Decision involving "jurisdiction of navigable waters" involving the army corp of engineers, in order to obtain permission to develop a 1,000 acre commercial mall site.
