Project - Configuration and Integration of new HRIS:Merging dynamic data sets and uploading onto multiple environments of new system.Working adaptively, picking up multiple systems and environments at different stages of the project, testing, stage, Configuration and Production. Understanding the importance of each environment and using as per guidelines.Meeting tight project deadlines, sticking to timelines working closely with Business Analysts and following instruction of IT PMO. Validating and Verifying data and calculations prior to and after uploads by creating adaptive validation reports to ensure data accuracy across old and new systems.Working closely with external development associates to configure and troubleshoot system.Building new reports using SQL Transcript and Business Object Reporting to run and format for day-to-day reportingDay-to-day:Basic system maintenance, and troubleshooting handling employee queries, and correcting data were incorrect with emphasis to salary data, holiday allowance and overtime calculations. Testing and maintaining regular internal spreadsheets relating to HR People Data, performance and occasionally payroll.Producing monthly dashboards for executive board meetings, reporting on people data, recruitment and business group expenditure.Mail-merge processes based on bonus target letter and salary review letter templates.Participating in regular operations meetings with wider team/senior management and making recommendations for process improvement across HR and Operations.

Analysing teams financial data, looking at losses and profits on a weekly basis to report on teams performance.Liaising with external customers on invoice queries, solving problems with billing and investigating with other internal teams where appropriate.Building daily reports to track incoming citations for groups vehicles, payment and closure of cases to reduce increases in fee amounts.Producing and maintaining monthly reports on incoming and outgoing mail, and using to track overall team performance.Reconciliation of complex credit card statements, rectifying data where required.

Under contract with InHealth Group at Kingston Hospital my responsibilities include:Data Entry following client MRI scans onto NHS and private records ensuring upmost accuracy and security of sensitive data.Diary Management for MRI Clinics/Scans, paying close attention to type of scan to ensure appropriate scanner and time frame are booked.Internal/External call handling for clients referred to service.

Internal/External call handling to both clients and professional services, handling complex queries on medical record issues across multiple systems offline and online.Medical coding, handling sensitive personal data confidentially and with care.Accurate data entry for client registration ensuring accuracy for contractibility and locality to clinics.
