Partnering with national merchandising organizations.- Supporting Nielsen viewership research measuring network reach to over 250,000 shoppers per month and managed research initiatives to measure television network compliance demonstrating year over year improvement- Influencing Compliance standards through product development, QA, pilot and roll-out cycles improving hardening designs, audio quality settings and delivering product placement requirements.

An inter-faith non-profit delivering community and economic development programs to underserved populations in Alexander, Union and Pulaski counties, Illinois. Programs included: - Establishing the Olmsted Library - Creating and staffing after school reading programs, - Refurbishing public buildings- Initiating and promoting senior outreach, food bank and community gardens programsPrograms were turned over to local control after two year's development and the non-profit dissolved.
