About Tom J. Weeks

As the Vice President of Sales and Operations for North America at UNIWIN SMART CORPORATION, I oversee the sales, marketing, distribution, and customer service of the patented iAiming Smart Thermal Rifle Scope, a high-tech product that enhances the accuracy and safety of hunters and shooters. I have more than 30 years of sales and product management experience in various industries, including outdoor hunting/shooting, personal protective equipment, industrial safety, and occupational health.My core competencies include relationship building, selling, marketing, operations, product training, team building and leadership, business development, product management, and performance analysis. I am passionate about delivering solution-based results to national, regional, and local accounts, and creating value for both the company and the customers.
