Program Delivery Leader within SVB Private Bank working on the integration of Boston Private to SVB. Focused on the migration of Infrastructure, Security and Custom Developed Applications. Devised and deployed a vendor management practice to support all third party IT relationships. Planned, developed, and set operational metrics for efficient monitoring of delivery processes and sent reports to parent company in Canada. Introduced and implemented weekly CIO reporting process to communicate progress of all 70 active projects. Headed establishment of unique portfolios and value streams to manage incoming work. - Created a unified intake process to prioritize work across the enterprise.- Steered M&A efforts to close the Personal Capital acquisition worth $1B+.- Added a Vendor Management organization to Empower and the supporting processes. - Addressed and resolved open issues by serving as key liaison between Internal Audit and IT.

Planned, designed, and setup quarterly release train schedules. - Developed a customized portfolio prioritization process for senior leadership.- Transformed the organizational delivery practices to Agile (SAFe).- Set-up CI-CD pipelines for automate/on-going deployments.
