As a member of SEK's Steering group I had a dual responsibilities. The Content Services and Patforms Unit was the task force for all things related to content marketing at SEK. The unit consisted of four teams: social media, video, web technology and tactical marketing. My responsibilities included service design, competence development and sales.As Head of Business Unit, Transactional Clients, I had P&L responsibility for developing existing clients and creating new business. We had clients within the retail, transportation and travel sectors.I also worked as a communications coach and trainer. The training sessions were mainly in areas of social media, public relations (media), crisis communications, creativity and internal communications. I received an average feedback score of 4,5 out of 5.

I was responsible for leading and developing the communications agency.
