(sporting event, dinning events, Unique experiences, Cash or trip incentives)Work with product managers to provide insights into enhancing current products and launching new products and services Collaborate with the department leaders in Project Management, Service Delivery, Procurement, Customer support & Account management to continuously improve efficiencies and customer & agent experience Oversee and guide Regional Channel Managers’ effort in planning, developing, and executing in their region of responsibility.Manage portfolios of major partnerships, master agents, (Sandler, AppSmart, PlanetOne, TCG, Avant, Intelisys, TBI) to maximize lead generation and revenue in all territories.Recruit, train, lead and develop a motivated team of Regional Channel Managers across North America.Work closely with executives in account management, product, marketing, provisioning, and finance, to drive market growth by building initiatives and identifying and developing new opportunitiesMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for salesBuild & execute programs market that differentiate us from our competitors, through various marketing approaches, restaurant events, sporting events, region-specific visits, sales incentives, and SPIFFS
