Led several resilient technology teams through mass attrition and organizational change while following our best practices under pressure and retaining a strong sense of team. These integrations were highlighted by our cloud-based, near real-time Point-Of-Sale and Oracle Fusion ERP integrations.

Managed a diverse group of 10-35 developers resourced both internally/externally and on/offshore to provide java, ESB/Middleware, database, and SAP ABAP/PI based custom applications in a fast-paced, 3000+ store retail environment. Collaborated with project teams in all phases of the SDLC, member of the Enterprise Architectural and Governance Board (Integration domain owner), and a mentor to our high school and college interns.

Managed an expanding team of managers, architects and internal/external developers to provide data and service delivery between critical systems within Luxottica's application landscape.

Managed a blended team of internal/external resources and overall product development lifecycle of Luxottica's custom optical point of sale (POS) platform running within 2500 stores throughout North America.
