Mr. Wiegand has diversified experience in real estate private equity investing, development, asset management, lending, credit underwriting, and municipal finance. He has direct experience in residential land development, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, senior housing, charter schools, not-for-profit and healthcare. Mr. Wiegand is currently originating and asset managing high yield municipal finance investments. He has sourced and closed over $425 million of private placement and public taxable and tax exempt bonds, loans and tax revenue purchases across the US: specialty finance secured by taxes, special assessments in residential development, hospitality, medical office, retail and industrial, land secured bonds, senior housing investments, low income housing tax credit Medicaid and affordable housing bonds, PACE loans and bonds, sales tax bonds, TX land secured investments (MUD, PID and TIRZ receivables), and charter schools.
