    Joining a new enablement function, I manage and maintain sales enablement, training and onboarding for the sales organisation. As product owner of the sales enablement CMS and LMS, I develop and distribute all materials both sales-facing and commercial-facing, as well as tracking the consistent usage and promotion of the platform. I lead on our sales onboarding, taking our commercial-facing teams ramp time down and their consistent targets met after completing onboarding. Key responsibilities:- product owner of sales enablement platform, Enablix- managing onboarding for new hires across the entire sales organisation- leading soft skills planning and training delivery to guide sales team's development- expansion of enablement out to other commercial-facing teams- auditing and enhancing legacy content to elevate it and reflect new focuses in the business- product owner of Gong and its tracking, scorecards and coaching functionalities for sales- assist in building progression guidance and kits for BDRs aiming for promotion to AEIn December 2023 whilst my manager was on maternity leave, I became the IC of the department for ten months, becoming the strategic head of the entire enablement suite, supporting the sales and solutions functions across training and coaching as before. The role expanded my focus into working more closely with the product, risk and operations teams on new launches or process changes, helping the developing success, technical account management and customer support teams to overcome major challenges in their workflows, and supporting the demand generation and marketing teams on with project management. My manager has since returned from maternity leave, and as such I have resumed my position at Senior Sales Enablement Manager, with a lot of lessons learnt!
