Tom's career began with modest beginnings, starting as an Apprentice Carpenter and gradually climbing the ranks to roles such as Site Manager, and Project Manager. Along the way, he assumed diverse responsibilities, from Commercial Manager to IT Manager, Marketing Manager, and eventually, Managing Director. Each role has been a humbling opportunity to learn and grow, shaping him into the leader he is today. Tom proudly represents the fourth generation to lead the family business, alongside his sister Suzie, infusing their stewardship with a deep sense of tradition and innovation. His leadership has guided business and projects across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Kuala Lumper and Thailand, leaving a lasting impact on those businesses and communities. With a background in Carpentry, an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction, and a Bachelor of Commerce, Tom's expertise is rooted in practical experience and academic learning. Tom's commitment to continuous learning is further evident in his memberships in organizations like the Australian Institute of Building and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the learning opportunities found in groups like the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO). Beyond business, Tom's heart lies in giving back, supporting organizations like the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Oz Harvest, and the Mental Awareness Foundation.
