o Management of the Migrant Entrepreneurship Program, a multi-country program with focus on Somalia, Irak/ Kurdistan, Ghana, Morocco and Rwanda. o Selecting and advising on business plans submitted by our clients o coordinating training and coaching packages for diaspora entrepreneurs in NL and the project countries, preparing them to start businesses in their countries of origin.o communication and promotion of the program; managing its 2 country directors, the project budget; reporting and meetings with donors; o fundraising, reporting and communication towards the various institutional back donors. HIGHLIGHTS➤ Organization of multi-day conferences for Somali diaspora entrepreneurs in The Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark. The mobilisation and large press coverage made this trip a big succes.
