Have been doing property management since 1992. Started out in the industry buying properties at trust deed sale. Hired a crew to fix them up and then we would rent most and sell some. Went through a half a dozen property management companies offering the world and not delivering on most of the promises. So, in I started my own company. We then picked up the properties from other investors we were bidding against at the trust deed sales.
