Lead the team of facility operations professionals that safely and effectively operate, maintain, and modernize the physical infrastructure across Meta's global fleet of data centers. This team of 1,100 Meta employees and 2,000+ contractors is responsible for infrastructure spanning over 2GW of IT power in 20+ locations around the world. Together, we operate and maintain the infrastructure that helps Meta to build community and bring the world closer together.

Led the facility operations teams at all of Meta's data centers globally, 800+ Meta employees plus 2,000+ contractors.Responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and modernization of all of Meta's data centers, totaling over 1,200MW of IT power.

Responsible for the facility operations of Meta's data centers in the eastern United States, accounting for 24+ data halls and over 180MW of IT capacity.• Led, coached, and mentored a geographically-dispersed team made up of facility managers, operations managers, technical managers, program managers, project engineers, maintenance engineers, managers, and vendors. • Standardized the maintenance process and associated procedures across Meta’s global data center portfolio, including equipment supporting 48+ data halls and over 360MW of IT capacity.• Developed the initial and continuing training programs for Meta’s global Facility Operations team. • Restructured Meta’s Facility Operations organizational structure to provide proper facility oversight, maintenance completion, and project execution while achieving economies of scale over nine global data center campuses running 48+ data halls.

• Responsible for the successful overhaul of one of the Navy’s six Dry Deck Shelters. • Led a team of engineers, maintenance planners, maintenance managers, quality inspectors, electricians, mechanics, welders, cost accountants, and financiers in the successful execution of this six-month, $50M maintenance overhaul.

• Worked directly for the Commander, Submarine Forces and his Executive Director to help shape the future of the submarine force in two broad areas:• Worked collaboratively with multiple organizations to improve the quality and efficiency of damage control processes Navy-wide, with specific emphasis on submarine fire fighting processes. • Provided influence and advocacy while collaboratively working with multiple Navy commands to restructure the Navy's efforts in the Undersea Domain.

• Directed every aspect of operations, maintenance, personnel, and logistics for a nuclear powered submarine, a crew of 160 personnel, and an annual budget of over $3 million. • Approved nuclear plant operating guidance, maintenance procedures, technical troubleshooting guides, and quality assurance packages.• Certified all aspects of training, qualification, and regulatory oversight for 55 nuclear plant operators and supervisors. • Oversaw all aspects of plant administration required to satisfy regulatory inspection requirements, environmental safety regulations, and continuous improvement programs.

• Specifically selected by name to work as a Special Assistant to the Director, Naval Reactors.• Directed policy formulation relating to the accession, training, assignment, and community management of all nuclear-trained officers in the U.S. Navy. • Led Naval Reactors efforts for implementation of women in submarines and developed executable policies that contributed to successful integration.• Oversaw the assignment of officers to all nuclear powered Navy ships to ensure strategic objectives were achievable with fully and properly manned ships.

• Planned, executed, and assessed all aspects of operations, training, maintenance, and administration for a submarine crew of 164 personnel. • Led the crew to earn the Battle Efficiency “E” award for being the top-performing submarine in San Diego for two consecutive years. • Dramatically improved performance, formality, and material condition of the ship through dynamic and committed leadership.
