My goal is to deliver results to the customer (internal and external). Controls the planning, organizing and management of overall telecommunications development projects. Responsibilities include; client contract negotiations and cost assessment, project tracking, site inspections, design and implementations of A/E Construction and Zoning Documents, Permit filing, oversee of project deployment and inspections, quality control and obtain of certificate of occupancy.

Senior Manager and Quality Control for scheduling and tracking of site audits, maintaing quality and completeness of all field documents, established organizational structure for Site Acquisitioning, A/E design and Construction Management of all sites. Directed the implementations of an expansionof Preferred Builders from a construction company status into a full Turnkey operations provider.Directing the development of all new marketing stradegies, developed brochure materials and web design.

Managed the Project Management and Design Development division of ARCNET, overseeing the creation of all A/E plans, specifications, feasibility and Zoning exhibits. As Chief Operating Officer, I was the prime contact for clients, responsible for securing and accepting and approving all projects, maintaining accurate status reporting, risk management and making sure the projects are delivered within budget, on schedule and within scope.In addition as COO, I was responsible for all Financial Management and business planning activities for the company overseeing reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics and support and advise the CEO in decision making.

Surveyed existing conditions, prepared detailed design layouts for new equipment installations, coordinated all scheduling for deliveries to site and assue completion of final installation.
