Managed the Project Management and Design Development division of ARCNET, overseeing the creation of all A/E plans, specifications, feasibility and Zoning exhibits. As Chief Operating Officer, I was the prime contact for clients, responsible for securing and accepting and approving all projects, maintaining accurate status reporting, risk management and making sure the projects are delivered within budget, on schedule and within scope.In addition as COO, I was responsible for all Financial Management and business planning activities for the company overseeing reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics and support and advise the CEO in decision making.
