Continuing to develop and maintain excellent customer relations through daily internal and external customer product interactions, as well as, training / assisting field service technicians with troubleshooting cell site enclosures and helping our customers or technicians understand how to determine component failures and what replacement to order. Provide product recommendations to meet customer application needs within the telephony network between the central office and the home. Support new product introductions by editing installation processes and procedures in our manuals and ensuring desired replacement components and replacement installation procedures are accurate and included.
